1. Use of the Services

YourTinyTale allows users to upload photos and preferences to generate custom, AI-powered stories for children. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to upload content and agree to abide by these Terms.

2. User Content and Input

You may upload photos and submit information (such as names, interests, and preferences) to help us generate stories. You retain ownership of your uploaded content (the “User Content”).

You agree not to upload content that:

  • You do not have the right to use or submit
  • Infringes on any third-party rights
  • Is offensive, unlawful, or harmful

Uploaded photos are used only for generating the requested story and are deleted immediately after delivery or within 3 days if not used. Story preferences and form inputs (excluding photos) may be retained for service improvement and support.

3. Generated Content and Copyright

All stories, characters, and illustrations generated by YourTinyTale (“Generated Content”) are the intellectual property of YourTinyTale. By using the Service, you agree:

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share the generated stories.
  • You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Generated Content without our written permission.
  • YourTinyTale reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

4. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

We use artificial intelligence to generate unique stories and character visuals. While we strive for high quality, you acknowledge:

  • Minor imperfections may occur (e.g., unusual anatomy in illustrations, slight grammar issues in stories).
  • If a story contains significant errors (e.g., incorrect child name, unintended character changes), we will correct the issue and regenerate the content upon request.

5. Email Communication and Marketing

By providing your email, you agree to receive service-related communications (e.g., story delivery, support follow-up). You may also receive occasional promotional or marketing messages.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions in those emails.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourTinyTale is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated stories or images
  • Loss or deletion of data due to third-party services or system failures

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
